Though the virus’s hype has proven more deadly to cats and dogs than the actual virus is to humans, there still is the real danger to human life the situation has created.
Initially, the developers released 45,000 keys for their game to people who could prove they were from the afflicted region with their cell phone number. After the success, they expanded it to give away by additional 10,000 keys.
Everyone else can pick up the game at 60% off for the main game or 61% off for the bundle until February 10th. For those that possess a hate boner for anything censored a decensored patch is available for both the base game and the Lost Shards DLC.
Though it may just be a publicity stunt, it is nice to see a developer help out those experiencing dire circumstances. Along with throwing everyone who will want to support them for it a bone by putting the game and DLC on sale.
