The SMITE Pro League is being delayed by at least three weeks. Participants in the Pro League travel from all across the world to prepare and compete, so with travel restrictions, it's making it more difficult to move through international areas. However, it doesn't mean that SMITE is sitting idle. The SMITE open circuit and SMITE Challenger Circuit Qualifiers, online leagues are still operating as normal and on schedule, airing on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Don't forget, this year the matches will be best of three formats, instead of best of five like previous years.
Being delayed three weeks will throw off phase one of the SMITE Pro League, but time will only tell if this phase of the playoffs gets pushed back. Phase one was supposed to be 13th of March to 24th of May.
This opening phase of Season 7 format.
- Double round-robin
- Best-of-three (Bo3) matches

- The top 6 teams from the Phase 1 Regular Season will qualify for the Phase 1 Playoffs outlined below.
The original season calendar was supposed to run from 13th March to 15th November.
